POST-ACUTE REHABILITATION

Forest Manor Health and Rehab’s 40-bed, post-acute rehabilitation facility is designed as a luxury addition to the existing Forest Manor Nursing Home, located in Northport, Alabama. Our progressive design constitutes a bold, but necessary, departure from the semiprivate institutional feeling that characterized its predecessor. Recognizing the need for independence, and the high expectations of the aging Baby Boomer generation, our facility was developed to re-create the atmosphere is a resort facility.
